MAVent Facade Systems, with extensive experience in implementing facade solutions for hotel complexes, has undertaken the facade works for the 80 Rooms hotel complex in Tsaghkadzor.

Dolomite SilverStone natural stone was selected as the facade cladding material, certified with F300 frost resistance.

🔹 Service life of natural dolomite: 300+ years

Thanks to the MAVent substructure, the building benefits from high operational reliability and provides:

🔹 K0 fire safety classification
🔹 Seismic resistance: up to 9+ points

And most importantly, the facade system enables natural ventilation of the facade structure, helping prevent moisture accumulation, mold formation, and the buildup of harmful substances.
