Antar Residential Complex — facade works completed by MAVent Facade Systems.

For the cladding of the complex, natural SilverStone F300-class dolomite was selected, featuring a high density of 2,800–2,900 kg/m³ and belonging to the category of premium natural stone.

Thanks to MAVent engineering solutions and aluminum substructure, the complex is provided with:

🔹 High energy efficiency, contributing to reduced operating and utility costs
🔹 K0 fire safety classification

The work carried out by MAVent extended beyond the main facade cladding. The project also included the cladding of drip edges, window reveals and parapets, creating a complete, refined and architecturally unified facade.
