MAVent Facade Systems is commencing facade cladding works at the residential complex on Gyurjyan Street.
As part of the project, 30 residential buildings will be clad using the MAVent aluminum substructure, designed for seismic resistance of 9+ magnitude and meeting the K0 fire safety classification.
High-grade porcelain stoneware with a service life of 75 years and more is being used for the façade cladding.
