MAVent Facade Systems is commencing facade cladding works at the residential complex on Gyurjyan Street.

As part of the project, 30 residential buildings will be clad using the MAVent aluminum substructure, designed for seismic resistance of 9+ magnitude and meeting the K0 fire safety classification.

High-grade porcelain stoneware with a service life of 75 years and more is being used for the façade cladding.

We are pleased to present the “ANI Premium” residential complex, located at 19/4 N. Adonts Street, Arabkir administrative district.

The residential complex consists of three 15-storey buildings.
Total construction site area: 8,201.59 sq. m.

The full scope of facade works for the project will be carried out by MAVent Facade Systems.

In the “Monument Hills” residential complex, cladding works are ongoing.

The cladding is being carried out using natural stone — travertine, while the full supply of the stone is provided by the client.

MAVent Facade Systems will soon begin the cladding works on the ground floors of the multifunctional complex “Azatutyun”.

The works will be carried out using the MAVent substructure system, while natural tuff stone has been selected as the cladding material.
